WHERE SUNDANCE STAYS
FIND THEIR STORY
Here's the thing about Sundance in Boulder: the magic doesn't end when the credits roll. It continues in kitchens with mountain views, on balconies under starlight, in living rooms where strangers become friends over "did you SEE that film?"
The Boulder Home Collection exists for exactly this moment. We're a collective of Boulder locals, film enthusiasts, and hospitality pros who built something specifically for this: for Sundance, for cinema lovers, for the energy that only happens when independent film comes to our mountain town.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
At its core, Sundance is about people, and so are we.
Inspired by The Farewell, our approach centers on warmth, respect, and emotional intelligence. We work closely with local homeowners, value sustainability, and believe hospitality should feel personal, not transactional.
Great stays, like great films, are built on empathy.

OUR APPROACH
"Sundance found its mountain home. We're writing the hospitality script."

OUR STANDARDS
Every home in our collection meets standards that create magic: flawless hospitality with authentic Boulder soul.
Festival-Ready Properties
Curated homes that function flawlessly under pressure: reliable WiFi, professional presentation, strategic locations, and the amenities industry guests actually need.
Meticulous Quality Control
Every property vetted for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest-readiness. We protect your investment and our reputation with uncompromising attention to detail.
Professional Management
24/7 guest support, proactive communication, issue resolution, and local vendor network. You're never alone when challenges arise during festival week.
Boulder Authenticity
Properties that capture what makes our mountain town special, spaces that feel genuinely Boulder, not generic rentals that could be anywhere.
YOUR PROPERTY COULD BE PART OF THE STORY
The world's greatest film festival chose our town. Join the collection that represents Boulder when the cameras roll. Founding members wanted for our premiere season.
Between Screenings
The best conversations happen between the scheduled events. This is our space for sharing what doesn't fit anywhere else: property owner spotlights, Boulder neighborhood deep-dives, festival industry insights, team stories, and everything we're discovering as we build toward Sundance 2027. Grab your coffee and settle in.
How Mount Sanitas Became Our Boardroom
Every Sunday at 7am, we hiked Mount Sanitas. We told ourselves it was about fitness. But somewhere between the trailhead and the summit, we started building something bigger: a festival hospitality brand that protects Boulder, serves everyone, and proves the best businesses are born from collaboration, not competition. What’s Happening in Boulder This Weekend (Feb 6–8, 2026)
