Property Owner Terms
Partnership Agreement:

- Acceptance into the collection is at our sole discretion

- Owners maintain responsibility for property condition and legal compliance
- Commission rates and payment terms detailed in partnership agreements
Owner Responsibilities:

- Maintenance of property standards
- Availability during agreed-upon dates
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
- Property insurance and liability coverage
Guest Terms
Booking and Reservations:
- Bookings subject to availability and approval
- Payment terms specified at time of booking
- Cancellation policies vary by property and booking
- Guests responsible for property damage beyond normal wear
- Security deposits may be required
Guest Responsibilities:
- Compliance with house rules and property guidelines
- Respectful treatment of property and neighbors
- Accurate representation of party size and usage
- Adherence to local laws and ordinances
Limitation of Liability
The Boulder Home Collection acts as an intermediary between property owners and guests. We are not responsible for:
- Property condition, safety, or suitability
- Disputes between owners and guests
- Loss, damage, or injury occurring at properties
- Cancellations, delays, or unavailability beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by The Boulder Home Collection, LLC and protected by copyright laws.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be governed by Colorado law. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before legal action.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
